An analogy for the water in your body which composes most of your cells. Is a small stagnate pond, will soon be overgrown with algae and the water will become dirty as wastes accumulate. But if you take that same pond and supply a small water intake source to it at one end, and a small water exit at the other. The water in the pond will stay clear and not get dirty or accumulate waste. The key is consistency, basic "input and output". Everytime you urinate you should have some water to drink after. A adult should urinate anywhere from 3-6 hours. This does not mean have a gallon of water..Just keep a small steady flow of good clean water into your body.
Now the best foods that can help open and keep arteries clear are: Cherries, guavas, green peppers, strawberries, spinach, oranges, cabbage, grapefruit, cantaloupe, green onions, tomatoes, squash, and romaine lettuce. (all high in vitamin C).
Wheat germ, sunflower seeds, whole wheat, walnuts, corn oil, hazel nuts, soy and peanut oil, almonds, olive oil, peanuts, cashews, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, oats, barley, (all high in vitamin E).

Proper exercise
(anyone can do!)
The one exercise that everyone should do and most can do is...Walk. That is right, walking is the best exercise for building up collateral vascular in your heart muscle. Walking and breathing in fresh air, will build your health up. It is not so much the speed at which you do this exercise (like running which in the long term is a bad idea for your joint health). It is the distance and time you spend doing it.
If you spend one hour walking in the morning. Say walk for 30 minutes away from your home or starting point. and then turn around and walk back to your point of origin. You will have covered about 5 miles! So imagine that doing a 5 mile walk before you even start your day! Its done and it did not cost you a thing. No gym membership, no one to bother you, just a nice quiet walk. Now add in some deep breathing during your walk and you are starting your day on the right path of health.

Longevity diet tips!
Here are a few key longevity diet tips. That will help your health and help you avoid a lot of preventable disease's (Heart disease, cancer, & strokes).
Include in your daily diet the following:
1) Spinach-Make a salad with it. Use it on sandwiches or cooked lightly as a side dish.
2) Alfalfa sprouts-Add to your salad, also use on your sandwiches.
3) Berries- Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, boysenberries, etc. (all are good for you!).
4) Onions- Yellow, green, Bermuda, etc. (all are good).
5) Garlic- This is onions cousin! Good chopped in the salad, cooked in pasta sauce, boiled as a side dish.
6) Seeds- Sunflower, mustard, etc.
7) Mushrooms- All types that are non-toxic!
8) Nuts- Cashews, walnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds, filberts, etc.
9) Make your own salad dressing-Olive oil, canola, even coconut oil, mixed with salt/pepper, sourcream, and other herbs.
10) Have a large salad for lunch and dinner! Include some eggs for good protein source. Cooked by boiled in water, poached, or omelette with vegetables and herbs chopped in with it.
11) Oatmeal- Breakfast of champions! Eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast at least 5 times per week. Add some salt to taste instead of sugar!
12) Have fruits for dessert! Raw or lightly cooked, these are naturally sweet and good for you!
13) DO NOT EAT ANY processed foods! No, junk period! This will "gum up" your system and lead to a early death faster than anything. If its not NATURAL do not eat it!
14) Keep your BMI (body mass index) low! This means NO excess fat! What is on the outside hanging out is also on the inside just as thick! This applies to fat but also to excess muscle! More than 10-20 lbs of lean muscle extra is about all a well developed adult can handle while maintaining overall health! Blood pressure must be kept in check with proper diet and correct BMI for your height and age.
15) Tomatoes- All are good! Roma, American, etc. They contain high amounts of the anti-cancer nutrient "lycopene". Also found in red grapefruit.
16) Lacuna bean- This legume, also called "velvet bean". Is a natural source of L-Dopa.
